8950 AAA Product List

8950 AAA is available in following versions. The product options allow price scaling for small, medium, and large scale networks customized to your application.

Base Product     Service Provider Edition     Wi-Fi


8950 AAA Base Product (BP) provides all the power of 8950 AAA for small networks. BP versions are sold on a per-server basis.

8950 AAA-BP/SE

For five or fewer client devices and up to 1,000 ports and 5,000 users. A one-time credit may be applied towards purchase of 8950 AAA BP or BP-Netpak within 12 months of original purchase.

8950 AAA-BP

For networks with between 6 and 15 client devices and up to 2,000 total ports and 20,000 users. A one-time credit may be applied towards purchase of a BP-Netpak within 12 months of original purchase.

8950 AAA-BP NetPak

Special license allows operation of two copies of 8950 AAA for Fault Tolerance. Includes 2 8950 AAA BP server licenses at a 33% price reduction. For networks with between 6 and 15 client devices and up to 2,000 total ports and 20,000 users.

 


8950 AAA Service Provider Edition (SP) are for large carriers and network operators.

8950 AAA-SP

Site licensing terms to fit the needs of large applications.

8950 AAA-SP Mobile

Special pricing for large scale mobile operations: CDMA-2000, GPRS, UMTS, etc.

High Availability Universal State Server

The High Availability Universal State Server (HA-USS) adds a fully redundant fault-tolerance to the regular 8950 AAA Universal State Server. The HA-USS option is only available as an add-on for the SP and SP Mobile products.

 


8950 AAA Wi-Fi version is specifically designed for wireless solutions.

8950 AAA Wi-Fi contains two server licenses bundled with client licenses for up to five Access Points. Additional servers can be purchased. In addition, Access Point client packs are available.
